Online Booking

Request an appointment online at any time even when we are closed. This system interacts directly with our diary system and allows you to search and reserve free diary slots for consultions and surgery appointments. You can request a specific vet, and give an indication of the reason for the visit. Confirmation is sent by email or text by reception staff during normal clinic hours. Your login is your email (assuming we have it on file), and your password is your client number (see any invoice for this number). This can also be accessed using the free apple or android MyVet App.

Client Portal

Check your pets' reminder dates, search your previous billing and product purchase information, and update your contact details and communication preferences. Your login and password is the same as for online booking. This can also be accessed using the free apple or android MyVet App.





MyVet App

Now you can make online bookings either by clicking on our website "Online Booking" tab, or downloading our brand new MyVet App for iphone, ipad, or android phone. This system interacts directly with our diary system in real time and can be used 24/7. The apps also have many other useful features.

The first time you open the app you need to enter the code NZBBVHA for automatic setup for our clinic. To log in you will need a username (this is your email address which we must have entered in your client record) and a password (initial default your client number - which can be found on any of our invoices you may have or by calling/emailing us). Note that it takes a day or two after registering a new email for your login to be activated.
